Did You Know You Can Have Mocha Coffee On Us?
Well sort of! If you sign up for our E-billing we will credit you $5 on your next bill! We ran this special last year and want to try to do it again in an effort to be more "Green" by eliminating so many paper bills! If you would like to receive your $5 credit in January, email us at LWServicesAZ@gmail.com and just let us know you want to be signed up! Hope you will join us in our effort to be more GREEN or at least have a nice big cup of Latte or Mocha Coffee on us!

SERVICE CHANGES: Week of 12/20/2009
As part of our 2009 policy agreement mailed to you, there are certain days out of the year that we do not service pools in order to give our employees ongoing training and vacation time. We only charge our customers for 48 total service weeks in the year, allowing us to take this time at no cost to you. Next week (December 20-26) we will not be servicing your pool, however we have taken extra measures this week to hopefully ensure that nothing happens to your pool during this time. If at any time next week you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our offices will remain open and we will still have a technician on call for any problems that may arise. Thank you for your cooperation and continued business!

Invoices: Changes to Your Emailed Invoices
Hello Cherished Friends!
We recently made the big brave move to Quickbooks 2010 (an updated version of our billing software). With the update comes changes that affect our customers... it wasn't what we hoped for, but nothing ever is when it comes to software!
For those of you who receive your bill via email you may notice this month that your email will NOT have a PDF attachement as usual. Instead the email will prompt you to follow a link to view your invoice which takes you to our online payment site and you will be able to view/download/print you PDF file from that site. We feel this may be burdensome to some of our customers and called Quickbooks to let them know!!
There is an option to avoid this with future invoices! Hooray! toward the bottom of your email you will see a seperate box that says this:
Invoice Summary
If you'd like to see a summary of your invoice displayed here in future messages, click here.
By selecting this option, you will also receive your forms as PDF file attachments.
If you elect to have summary information displayed in the e-mail message, the sender receives confirmation when the message is viewed. Learn more
If you click the link provided it will automatically change your preference to receive attachements in the future and avoid the task of visiting our payment site in order to view your bill. Others of you who take advantage of the online payment option may find that being directed to our payment site is more convenient. Hopefully this will prove to be a great advancement in our services and not create confusion for any of our customers.

Forecast: Lots of Leaves
Winter is usually easy for our pools...colder waters keeps algae away and it's rare to wake up one morning and realize that over night somehow your pool has completely turned green!
But then there are days like Tuesday when winds gain such speed, I watch my dear husband standing at the window shaking his head painfully accepting that tomorrow would be a long day!
You see, winter is great for colder waters, but it's not so great when the leaves fall off of every single tree in the backyard and 50 mile an hour winds are blowing every last one of those fallen leaves into your pool!
Not to worry your pool man is on his way! But please bear with us as we try our hardest to do everything we can get to catch all those pesky leaves!
