Important Changes to Your Pool Schedule - Week of 9/20/2010

As part of our 2010 policy agreement, there are certain days out of the year that we do not service pools in order to give our employees ongoing training and vacation time. We only charge our customers for 48 total service weeks in the year, allowing us to take this time at no cost to you. Next week (September 20 - September 26) we will not be servicing your pool, however we have taken extra measures this week to hopefully ensure that nothing happens to your pool during this time. If at any time next week you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our offices will remain open and we will still have a technician on call for any problems that may arise. Thank you for your cooperation and continued business!

Happy Labor Day! Important Changes to Your Pool Service Schedule

Just a friendly reminder to all our customers... Next Monday is a holiday! Our services will be pushed back a day in observance of the holiday. This gives us a chance to be with family and gives you a chance to be with your family without us interupting your day! Not to worry though your pool will be serviced, but just the day after it's regularly scheduled time. Please refer to your 2010 Policy Agreement for more information. Please feel free to call us with any questions or concerns. Thank you!

Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July to all our valued customers! We are very excited for this fun-filled weekend and hope that all of you have some fun planned too! Since the 4th falls on Sunday we plan to still service our pools per our regular service schedule. This means that most of our customers will see no difference in service. Occassionally on holidays or the day after many of our customers have the day off and like to come out and chat with us so we do sometimes get a little behind. If you do not see us on your normal service day please be patient with us as we may be running a day behind. We hope for all of you to have a safe and blessed holiday!

Our guys are working hard to stay on schedule but please be patient with us as we are running a day behind. Enjoy your pools this week!

The Heat is About to Hit!

Hi everyone!

Summer is upon us and the heat is about to hit us! This may not be good news to all of us, but there is one thing to be excited about... using your pool again! It's still another month or so away but don't wait that long to start thinking about it!

When was the last time you drained your pool? Are there ugly stains and spots on your pool's surface? Well it may be time to consider draining out that old water and having an acid wash or a chlorine bath performed so that your pool can look brand new again just in time for summer! It may be just what you need to get you motivated to use that pool again and to remind you how fun summer can be for you and your family. Barbecues, parties, celebrations! Or having a family day out by the pool!

We are currently running great specials and will continue to run these specials through May. It's important to take advantage now because if it gets too hot we will not be able to drain your pool because the sun and heat can damage your pool's surface. Check out these specials!

Out with the Old in with the New Special
Drain - regular price:$110.00 NOW $75.00
Acid Wash / Chlorine Bath - regular price: $240.00 NOW $195.00

Call us soon if you want to schedule this special. We only have so many openings before summer hits and it's too late!

REMINDER: Schedule Changes Due to the Holiday

Just a friendly reminder to all our customers... tomorrow is a holiday! Our services will be pushed back a day in observance of the holiday. This gives us a chance to be with family and gives you a chance to be with your family without us interupting your day! Not to worry though your pool will be serviced, but just the day after it's regularly scheduled time. We are sorry for the late notice, we ourselves just realized that another holiday was upon us! We will soon be releasing our 2010 Policy Agreements outlining the schedule changes for the entire year. Thank you!

FORECAST: RAIN

Well the weather people are saying we should expect rain all next week. We have a hard time believing that's true since in all the years we've been around we don't think we have seen rain 7 days in a row! However, if this is so, here's what you can expect this week! Rain can cause some problems for your pool guy. First of all, water with lightening equals danger! Second of all, rain makes it very difficult to see your pool and therefore makes it hard for us to clean it! As we visit each pool we will test and adjust the chemicals and try our best to clean the pool as we normally do. Keep in mind that even in our best efforts, if the wind blows through after our visit you may see leaves and dirt in your pool.  If there was something we could do to stop this from happening, we would do it, but unfortunately it's out of our hands. Rain may not be a pool man's best friend, but it's definitely welcomed since we don't see too much of it! If you have any questions or concerns just give us a call at 623-217-2938 or email us at lwservicesaz@gmail.com!
